 Lead project management activities from scoping, estimation, budgeting, scheduling and allocating resources for the entire process. Derive solutions for local and regional locations with prior consultation.

 Managing warehouse and cross functional projects from concept to completion in accordance with company Policy and agreed objectives whilst identifying risks, issues and opportunities

 Spearheading and effectuating accurate, qualitative service delivery norms within agreed upon key performance indicators and service level agreements

 Accountable for end-to-end aspects of Operations Management, including process planning, policy/procedures implementation, continuously monitoring the workflow and allocating the tasks

 Identifying process improvement opportunities in dealing with diverse warehouse operations and set objectives in improving the overall operations

 Initiating cost reduction by consolidating tasks, eliminating non-value added processes & complete re-engineering of processes and systems

 Set annual budgetary allocations for the operations and assist sales department in handling costing, project planning and warehouse management

 Manage compliance to standard processes for warehouse and logistics operations including operating procedures, productivity measures, KPI's, quality standards and work instructions to raise efficiency and effectiveness of operations

 Continuously improve warehouse operations through the use of lean enterprise practices

 Planning and executing production plan according to the customer requirements

 Continuously monitoring the process workflow and identifying problems, taking required corrective actions to minimize the errors and achieve quality standards

 Forecasting monthly, weekly and daily production requirements according to new orders and production history in order to plan for all resources requirements

 Allocating tasks and arranging required raw material for the production with other departments to run the production smoothly

 Continuously monitoring live product manufacturing in order to achieve standard quality requirements

 Identifies production operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and
performance results

 Investigating complaints and evaluating root cause, devising required corrective actions
