v- Will visit SDs in addition with 35 outlets per day.
vi- Submission of DMVR to TM/AM on daily basis.
vii- Audit of Gandola/Chillers/other assets once in a week during market visit.
viii- MIR submission.
ix- Ensure timely submission of DSSR to TM/AM on daily basis.
- Distributor Management.
i- Monitoring of volume ach on daily basis.
ii- Use of owned system on daily basis.
iii- Salesmen wise daily tracking against KPIs.
iv- Ensure proper infrastructure at distributions.
