1) Daily check and maintain all Admin Activities like Office cleanness, P.c’s Working, & Internet smooth flow.
2) Proper maintain of Leave records.
3) Proper maintain of Store Inventory daily basis.
4) Documentation and office filing management in both way soft (PC) and hard file.
5) Daily Attendance of the employees.
6) Office Electricity, Gas and water sources management as well as utility bills payments.
7) Proper maintain of Kitchen and Refreshment daily in office for all staff.
8) Record keeping for all daily bills regarding daily office expenses for misc items.
9) Transport and Fuel for Carry Van and 03 Nos of Official Bikes, their Oil change, Tunnig, Maintenance, and all issues to transport.
10) Record keeping and maintain Vehicle Log Book daily basis.
11) Proper maintain of Daily Cash Expense in All Sections like Tenders, Tenders Submission, DD for Tenders, TCS, bill maintain and cash handling and internal bills checking and verifying. Etc.
12) Proper maintain of record and supply of all items regarding Stationary, Printers, Scanner, Laptop, PC’s, and maintain of Khatam and any special event Management etc.
13) Cash handling of Office internal and External Payment, bills verifying in all respects.
14) Hiring of New Employees as per Management Demand.
15) CAD Designing and 3D Studio Max Working as well as Finance Management as and when assigned.
16) Any Special Duties as and when assigned by the CEO or Directors.
1) All Mail / Departmental correspondences among different sections with building Deptt.
2) Making of Work Orders for any work to be done through Building Deptt. Both via Contractors or building staff.
3) Making of All Contractor’s Bills.
4) Making of Completion Certificates at the end of the Project Completion.
5) Deputing of Labors and mason as well as carpenters in the absence of Supervisor to cater jobs on time.
6) Making of Minutes sheet for any project.
7) Making of Tenders, Quotations, BOQ’s, Supply Orders as and when assigned by the Engineer.
8) Also responsible for all letters drafting and Feedback daily basis
9) Making of all Drawings Works in which to Survey of Site for Drawing making, Making Different Drawings.
10) Spinning Mills Area, Processing Mills area, Stitching Mills Area as well as Admin / HR and Finance
11) Premises modifications, Readjustment and also re-designing for better and smoother use of Mills area.
Duration (Tenure) From 04st June, 2015 to 31st March, 2016
1) All Admin Correspondences letter drafting, by e mail to different departments.
2) Manage all employees’ electronic attendance daily.
3) Making of summaries, drafts, office orders, letters as and when ordered by the CEO or Admin Senior Management.
4) All responsibilities of Admin daily jobs as a Junior Executive Admin as well as making of maple Card, visiting cards.
5) Responsible for employees medical facility, their cards, file, and all related matters.
6) Making of All Mechanical Drawings for Prefab Building both 2D and 3D for all projects of all sizes as a Draftsman Mechanical.
7) Getting measurements as Site Supervisor for Making of Mechanical drawings in CAD format.
8) .Also well Command as an I.T Administrator to check and run all of Office. P.C’s smoothly, also handling networking Print’s Problems and Others issues associated with I.T Section.
9) Any other special assignment assigned by the Management.

format of all KTML area.

2) Complete use of M/s Office Package Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook etd.
3) All Admin related jobs and M/s Office based all work in daily correspondences.
4) Cater all duties as a Computer Operator related drafting, typing, and different works as assigned.
