Job Description:
Generate and create a positive environment for Participants.
Provide assisstance to participants related to their Fee Extensions,Fee Refund,Fee Installments,Subjects withdraw,Program Change,Low cgpa,Clearence certificates,Language Proficiency letter,Bonafide letter,Character Certificates,Documents verifications,Final Transcripts & Degree clearence letters etc.
Dealing with University scholarships programs and taking students documents for scholarships.
Liaison between Participants and Higher/Upper management of University.
Used Microsoft Dynamics CRM (ERP) System to assist participants querries.
Listen and give the resolution to participant's queries according to their needs an give full attention.
Create a Strong and Healthy Bond with Participants.
Alloting a idiosyncratic/individual unique tracking numbers to every querry and maintain their data in our systems and send these queries to higher authorities for further processing even accepted or rejected by them.
Organizing and managing all tasks related to convocations programs.
To Provide Counseling about his/her academic according to UMT Policies.
Participated in Admission Campaign.
Aware the Participants related to HEC & University academics policies.
Participated in Orientation of new students and Convocation.
Responsible to record the application in the system with unique tracking number on daily basis.
Responsible to answer the participant queries through emails & telephones regarding their applications follow ups.
Responsible to issue participant student RFID with activation.
Responsible & able to attend to details of multiple requests and process accurately.
Administrate & Manage all types of Documents & Files of Participant Relations Section (PRS) in office of the Registrar.
Received diffetrent types of applications according to requirements of application and distribute according to their destination.
