Ensure inspection and testing of raw material to finished goods through quality inspectors at defined quality parameters and successfully reduced the reworks and rejection rate.
Monitor pilots carefully and generate and share reports with all stakeholders.
Develop quality acceptance criteria with allowed deviations for raw materials and finished items.
Record, Analyze and make statistical analysis reports on weekly and monthly basis and present in monthly review meeting. Also recommend corrective actions if required.
Monitor and share supplier evaluation regarding quality.
Handle internal and external complaints efficiently and conduct root cause analysis to prepare investigation summary and take corrective and preventive measures with the coordination of concerned departments.  
Monitor and revise KPIs (if necessary) of her immediate staff on monthly basis.
Plan and execute monthly trainings of employees regarding quality.
Ensure that process and procedures are controlled, accurate in reflecting the current process and meet expectations.
Conduct internal audits and report out audit findings. Issue and review CAPAs (Corrective actions/preventive actions).
