Training users about new applications and resolving any issues faced by them• Design complete launch of the campaign of sales team application.• Design logo and all marketing collateral including user guide manual which helps employees to adapt with the application quickly Managing the documentation of all the applications running at 'ABUDAWOOD PAKISTAN'.• Managing the Workflow system of all the users.• Creating manuals for in-house Applications Business Reports for Analysis.• Provide support to all ADP employees ADP portal regarding daily Issues. Provide support to HR in resolving employee queries timely.• Address all Employees' queries by assessing the issue, identifying the root cause of the issue, and resolving it timely. To provide full support to all the employees of the company regarding the official portal.• Currently working on the Integration process of "Share point" Applications and their "Workflows".• Analysis of the problem through skype sessions, guiding and resolving the issues according to their requirement.• Serving as Level-1 support for all SFO/Track-it-related issues.see less
