Duties and responsibilities
Report to Director Baanh Baeli.
Act as focal person for the ECP, NADRA and TDEA for all project related activities and correspondence. Ensure timely delivery/completion of all project activities, submission of all
relevant reports, listing and facilitation of unregistered women in the targeted communities. Finalize staff training plans and ensure smooth execution of field staff trainings.
Prepare and submit Detailed Implantation Plan (DIP), Monitoring Plan and Event
Calendar on GMIS. Coordinate and arrange meetings with the key stakeholders i.e. NADRA, ECP
DVEC, Political Parties, legislators and district administration etc, as and when required. Ensure timely review and submission of all relevant MOVs against respective
activities (such as block wise lists of non NIC holder females, event reports, assessments, attendance sheets, photographs, media briefings, scanned copies of tokens etc.) and as defined in the statement of work, on Women NIC and Voter Registration Project- GMIS. Regularly prepare and submit reports/progress of the relevant activities, as per
Statement of Work (SoW). Participate and ensure 100 attendance in the trainings arranged by TDEA.
Supervise and train the project staff on SOW.
Ensure two percent (2) of verification process of identified and listed women
through telephonic calls and upload verified lists on GMIS.
Frequent field monitoring visits to monitor and compliance of submitted activities in the event calendars Ensure uploading of daily, weekly and monthly progress on GMIS and share
through email/SMS Prepare and timely share Monthly Progress Report with the Executive Director on
GMIS for further submission to TDEA through online portal (GMIS) Oversight and compliance of all project staff reporting, interventions and field activities.
