• Collect Product related data (In-house/Ex-house) and make analysis in order to present it to relevant stakeholders in the form of tabulation/graphical presentation
• Lead all Debit Card related promotional campaigns
• Process making & compliance with regulatory requirements
• Keep all the processes updated as and when changes are required
• Streamline all existing product-related processes and suggest modifications to ensure that customer satisfaction is not compromised
• Continuously monitor the core issues of the product and address root causes for a better customer experience
• Analyze, formulate and implement processes that further help to increase product usage and revenue
• Product-related testing with Information Technology Group and technology partner
• Document all processes, SOP's, Change Request Forms, SIR's and, most importantly, UAT's conducted for fixes deployed through ITG on systems
