_Responsible to manage the Business of 3 sole distributors and 16 sub distributors of Gujranwala zone amount 300+ million (annual)
Leading the sales team of TSM, BDEs & develop and monitor an integrated operational plan in line with Company strategy which achieves business goals from Gujranwala zone.
Develop Key Retail Strategies including Display/ POP/ Mass Contact promotions to ensure maximum market captured.
Monitor the modern trade channel sales activities and maintain good relationship with the MT customers.
Leading the sales team of ASM, TSM, BDE for ensuring for stipulated business of company in given area in terms of of primary and secondary sale.
• Monitoring the performance of ASM, TSM, Bde on set KPI and deèd sales data and presented in front of higher management.
. Train, coach and develop the sale team to improve their performance, establish goals and achieve objectives that tie into the Region's budgetary responsibilities.
. Creates, communicates, and executes a vision for the sales team, establishing direction and providing context for sales activities.
• Assigning the monthly and Quarterly sale target to sales team and insure it to successfully achieved it.

Oversee the sales of every Distributor in Gujranwala region; analyze sales statistics to develop continuous improvement strategy and take steps to employ new strategies.
Assigned sales target to sales teams and monitor the performance of the team on set KPIs that's help them to achieved target.
Manage and supervise sales team to ensure they are on track in achieving sales goals.
