Key responsibilities: Implementation of the project: Prime responsibility is to Manage and implement technical activities of Construction Trout Fish Hatcheries in Neelum Valley, Warm Water Fish Pounds In Ajk and Wildlife Parks in AJK quality of the material and interventions as per project objectives and timeframe.
Prepare and submit Feasibilities reports for instance (Technical, Environmental,social and economical); before initiating any construction work;
Ensure all construction work as per Guidelines SOps
Supervise and provide guidance and technical support to other field teams;
Ensure timely completion of Development schemes after identification on need basis and as per project objectives.
Providing technical guidance, training and support to individuals targeted by each project in line with the programme strategy and intended output[s];
Ensure on time completion of the tasks in line with BoQs and designs;

Maintain documents as per Project Guidelines;
Maintain documentation related to construction material and tools for proper usage and submit work completion certificates as per project needs and criteria; and
Verification and signing logistics documentation where and as required.

Work as M&E (Monitoring and evolution)officer in inspection of rural housing In 08th Oct 2005 a massive earthquake divested a large number of destruction. To rebuild the housing the ERRA has started a capacity building program in AJK with the technical consultancy of UN-HABITAT to promote safer construction in rural areas. For this I served as sub-engineer to monitor the houses in community as per prescribed curricula of the Pakistan Govt for rural construction. Almost in 12 union councils. I am serving. Work as a Liaison, focal organization) for arranging, conducting(person b/w UNH and PO (Partner .BTT (Basic Technical Training), OBT (Owner Build Training), Orientation, about the earth quake resistant reconstruction in the rural areas. Provide technical training and advice on hazard resistant housing construction to building contractors, masons, steel-fixers and carpenters. Provide technical orientation, advice and support to house owners, community representatives and other interested parties. Provide technical support to building materials producers and suppliers and others involved in ensuring quality construction. Monitor construction progress and give on site advice. Supervise the construction of model houses and other demonstration works. Assist in other initiatives promoting earthquake resistant techniques and practices, as determined by the UN-HABITAT team. To achieve( community sport and sense of owner ship. Area.
