The Cluster coordinator will support in implementation of MCHIP interventions in district Shikarpur and Jacobabad. Responsibilities include work plan development, reporting, monitoring and evaluation, business development, materials development and knowledge management. The cluster coordinator will work with Country Directors/Chiefs of Party and Service Delivery Director to ensure strong collaboration between Jhpiego and its partners, donors and sponsors.
• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the team aligned with organizational goals and policies.

• Oversee ongoing, short & long term property management to ensure the viability, continuity and growth of organizations assets.

• Coordinate with other departments to streamline the admin related issues.

• Act as a lead person of social mobilization component of larger health program.
• Providing technical guidance to implementing partner and district line agencies for designing and implementation of community based mobilization activities.
• Supervision and monitoring of on-going activities for strengthening of MNCH facilities to provide advanced services for safe delivery system.
• Facilitating linkages with district Health Department particularly MNCH focal person as well as district coordinator National program to generate database and progress reports.
• Organizing monthly review meetings at District and Taluka level between DHO, ADHOs, IP and other co-partners.
• Capacity building of Implementing partner Staff, district master trainers of national program, LHWs, and Community volunteers for developing health system strengthening networks at UC, Taluka and District level.

• Act as a lead person of social mobilization component of larger health program.
• Coordination with stakeholders especially Health Department and community.
• To ensure the quality of Partnership Defined Quality (PDQ) implementation and formulation of Quality Improvement Teams (QITs).
• Support national program for FP & PHC in monitoring of the Support group meetings in LHW covered areas.
• Provide supportive supervision to field staff by helping them in development of work plans, reporting and monitoring and evaluation.
• Provide support to LHW program in organizing trainings on Support Group methodology, Use of Misoprostol and chlorhexidine at district level as well as facility level.
• Represents MCHIP during LHW program monthly meetings at district level.
• Lead the mobilization team in organizing the advocacy events on MNCH theme at district level.

• Represents as focal person of the organization in LHW program monthly meetings at district level.
• Support district field team to organize Advocacy events on MNCH theme at district level.

• Monitor the implementation on action plan prepared by Quality Improvement Teams (QIT) and participate in monthly meetings of QIT.

• Act as Project Focal Person at the District.
• Maintain coordination with District Health Officer, RHS centre in charge, District Coordinator National Program and District Coordinator of partner at District level.
• Facilitate teams in preparation of monthly/quarterly work plan for community mobilization activities of district.
• Lead Project Staff in the overall planning, supervision, implementation, follow-up, monitoring and evaluation of the project activities.
• Ensure the timely sharing of work plan/activity calendar with district level relevant stakeholders.
• Provide technical support to LHW program in organizing all type of trainings on HTSP to increase the clientele.
• Provide support in Management and operationalization of RHCs (HUBs) BHUs and other health facilities in the district.
• Prepare and present health reports to, district and provincial team of save the children as well as relevant Government line departments.
• Supportive supervision and monitoring of activities at field level.
• Ensure medicines and supplies are available at health facilities throughout the year.
• Ensure recommended health Protocols are displayed and implemented.
• Representing SC with the donors as well as program field visits.
• Developing a monitoring and supervision plan in coordination with Executive District Officers (EDO) and other DHT (District Health Team) members.
• Responsible for overall management of staff over sight of the facility and coordinate with logistic department to ensure smooth supply chain mechanism.

• Responsible for project procurement planning, manage and coordinate the entire procurement and supply chain process.
• Managing various functions including forecasting and demand planning, inventory management, order processing, company store, warehouse and outbound operations.
• Management of storage resources using FIFO & LIFO approach and responsible for overall compliance with the stock management procedures.
• Ensure the safety and effective use of all assets and property in the project and responsible for the maintenance and repairs of these resources.
• Coordinate with the safety & security department for the security of materials stored at warehouse as well as in transit goods.
• Responsible for complying with all the reporting requirements within the various sub departments to the country management team, HQ as well as donor requirements.
• Coordinating comprehensive logistical or reverse logistical functions for product life cycles, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, recycling, reuse, or final disposal of resources.

• Warehouse administration and effective management of medicines and nutrition program supplies in the district.
• Prepare monthly supplies distribution plans and execute distribution to SC assigned Heath & Nutrition sites in the district according to the policy and procedure.
• Regular documentation and reporting of medicines and Nutrition supplies chain management activities.
• Ensure availability of necessary space in warehouse and logistics arrangements for receiving bulk supply in the district.
• Member of physical stock count team in quality verification of available supplies every month.
• Prepared and updated GRN, Way Bills, Bin Card, Stock Register and warehouse related reports.
• Assist supervisor in supply chain management and ensure that supplies are available at sites throughout the program duration.
• Fully communicated and coordinated with other donor organizations like WFP, UNICEF regarding Nutrition program supplies.

• To supervise the manufacturing process of the medicines batches
• Planning of activities and implementation by keeping in view the SOPs.
• Provide the supervisory role to the company by working closely with the working staff.
• In-process checks during the manufacturing and packaging to keep an eye on quality.
• Packaging material sampling analysis & release on system software.
• Audit return goods and provide monthly reports.
• Audit & release of important GRN’s on system.
• Ensure adherence to the SOP’s and international guidelines of pharmaceutical production.
• Complain resolution by coordinating with the buyers and suppliers
