Education: Intermediate or equivalent

Experience: 1-2 years in inventory management

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
Organize and maintain the inventory in the designated storage areas.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of items to facilitate easy retrieval.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock levels to the purchasing team.
Assist in conducting regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Adhere to safety and quality standards in handling and storing materials.
Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times.
Prepare and maintain reports on inventory activities and status.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a storekeeper or similar role.
Knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures.
Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery (if applicable).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
