We are looking for an experienced and talented Social Media Manager to join our team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing our company website, developing, and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with US clients brand objectives.
• Generate engaging content across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Linkedln.
• Create visually appealing images, videos, and written content showcasing promotions, contests, events, and services.
• Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and reviews to foster a positive online community.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote special offers, events, and packages.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
• Present marketing updates, metrics, and ideas to Leadership
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand partners to expand company's online presence.
• Monitor and report on social media metrics to gauge the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and features.
• Manage company's social media calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic content flow.
• Utilize social media advertising and promotions to increase visibility and reach targeted audiences.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather information and promote a holistic brand image.
• Implement SEO best practices in social media activities to enhance online visibility.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis for continuous improvement.
• Manage crisis communication on social media platforms to protect the brand's reputation.
• Develop a content library for easy access to high-quality images and videos for social media use.
• Experiment with new and emerging social media platforms to reach new audiences.
• Adapt content and strategy based on seasonal promotions and events.
• Ensure all social media activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
• Prioritize privacy and confidentiality in all social media activities.
• Continuously seek feedback and ideas from the NWP team to enhance social media efforts.
• Any other task assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, social media campaigns, and analytical tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics and the ability to craft compelling content tailored to specific audiences.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at a time.
• Must have a computer or laptop with a high-speed processor backed with high-speed internet and a consistent power source.
• Must be willing to work CST zone hours as per the client assigned.
