We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sr. Sales Executive to drive sales and revenue growth for our fragrance company. This role will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients/wholesalers/distributors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the fragrance industry and experience in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Retention:
    • Identify potential B2B clients such as wholesalers, retailers, and corporate partners.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target key decision-makers in businesses.
    • Build long-term, strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitor offerings.
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability.
  • Product Knowledge & Customization:
    • Understand the company's fragrance products in-depth and stay updated on new product launches.
    • Collaborate with the product development team to customize fragrance solutions based on client needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM software.
    • Provide post-sales support, ensuring smooth delivery, satisfaction, and issue resolution.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and product development to ensure client needs are met.
    • Attend industry trade shows and events to represent the company and network with potential clients.
  • Reporting:
    • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to present to the management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in any of these industries: fragrance, consumer goods, pharma, or insurance)
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.
