Job Title: Retail Head

Location: Gujranwala

Job Summary: The Retail Head will oversee the retail operations of Boss Plastic Moulded Furniture, driving sales growth and ensuring a superior customer experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement retail strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Sales Management: Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor retail staff to enhance performance and customer service.
Customer Experience: Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained across all retail locations.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, including stock ordering and loss prevention strategies.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure that all retail spaces are visually appealing and aligned with the brand image.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on retail performance and progress towards targets to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
Minimum [8-10 years] of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of retail metrics and financial acumen.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
