Handling student inquiries via calls, face-to-face, and emails.
Assisting in scrutinizing documents at the time of admission, exemptions, and examination.
Assist in maintaining students’ files.
Coordination with all the colleges and institutes regarding visits.
Perform visits with the education team to colleges, universities, and institutes before the commencement of each session.
Maintaining student’s ID card forms.
Arranging students’ deficiencies documents for registration and exemption.
Do all the necessary arrangements for conducting interactive sessions in colleges, universities and institutes to create awareness of PIPFA qualification in students.
Assisting in verifying examination forms received from approved coaching centers and students of PIPFA coaching centers at Karachi.
Receiving student calls on an immediate basis to guide them regarding the registration and fee submission process
Receiving and processing admission forms, exemption forms, and examination forms.
Assisting the Deputy Director of Education as and when required.
Conduct Online classes timely without any delay as per schedule.
Any other related task assigned by the Executive Director.
Maintain list of approved colleges/criteria/forms (education department)

Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants was constituted by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan and Department of Auditor General of Pakistan in Oct 1993 jointly.
