Responsible for following up on, filling archiving import - export documents.

Verifies invoices ( from customs, freight -forwarders etc.) and submits them to supervisors.
Reports problems and irregularities in import- export activities, also ensures that latest custom regulations are communicated and applied.

Consignee correspondence
Shipping BL draft
Must have a an experience of minimum 2 years as an export manager in textile/sportswear factory.
Must be able to handle all correspondence with customers.
Must be able to handle all documentation related to export including bank related documents.
Must have knowledge about DTRE, DLTL, rebate documents.
Looking for a sincere and dedicated person who is willing to work for long time with our company.
