This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager at PAK QATAR FAMILY TAKAFUL KARACHI. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will work closely with the sales team and provide guidance and support to drive sales growth and meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
