Sales Coordinator

A Sales Coordinator in the petrochemical industry is essential for streamlining sales operations and enhancing customer relationships. This role involves overseeing the entire order management process, from initial receipt through coordination with production and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery. The coordinator acts as the primary liaison between the sales team and clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing customer expectations to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling customer communications and support
Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, drafting proposals, and organizing presentations
Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels
Working with inventory control to manage replenishments
Analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining up-to-date documentation

Requirements:
