Responsibilities:

1. Utilize software platforms including SolidWorks, Fusion360, and Rhino with Grasshopper Scripting for various design projects.

2. Develop parametric models employing both solid and surface modelling techniques.

3. Use script-based modelling tools such as Grasshopper 3D for Rhino or similar.

4. Create detailed 2D manufacturing drawings, with a keen eye for tolerances.

5. Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to optimize designs and improve product performance.

6. Expand skills in areas of architecture modelling

7. Apply knowledge of design for manufacturing principles, including machining (mill/lathe), fabrication (welding), and casting.

8. A Plus: would be to utilize expertise in metal investment casting techniques like vacuum casting, gravity shell casting, metal flow analysis, and shrinkage calculation.

9. A Plus: Leverage Blender for 3D modelling and Zbrush for advanced design applications.

Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Fusion360, and Rhino - Grasshopper Scripting.

2. Extensive experience in parametric modelling, both solid and surface.

3. Knowledge of script-based modelling tools, particularly Grasshopper 3D for Rhino.

4. Ability to create precise 2D manufacturing drawings with appropriate tolerances.

5. Experience conducting FEA analysis.

6. Additional knowledge in architecture modelling

7. Familiarity with design for manufacturing principles.

8. Experience with metal investment casting techniques, including vacuum casting, gravity shell casting, metal flow analysis, and shrinkage calculation.

9. Proficiency in Blender for 3D modelling and Zbrush is a plus.
