We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Plant charge who will be responsible for the operation & maintenance of Electrical and Absorption Chillers, AHUs, Split AC’s, cooling towers and ancillary associated Equipment. He will be responsible to lead and supervise a team of subordinates.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise a team of HVAC technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Plan, execute and monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance of heating, ventilation and HVAC equipment and machines in an effective and efficient manner to achieve maximum uptime of equipment.
Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify and address issues promptly, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsible for troubleshooting and inspection of all heating, ventilation and HVAC equipment, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, AHU’s, FCU’s and Split AC to minimize downtime.
Oversee inventory management of HVAC parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels for maintenance activities.
Prepare reports on HVAC system performance, maintenance activities, and recommendations for improvements.
Coordinate with customer for their feedback and resolve their queries
Training of staff on troubleshooting, safety and good engineering practices in HVAC systems.
Ensure safety at work in all respects.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair especially in Absorption and Electrical Chillers with management skills
Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) / B.Tech in HVAC or a related field.
Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Knowledge of BMS System.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Effective organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in computer applications related to HVAC system management and reporting.
