Responsibilities:

Teach students the principles and techniques of abacus and mental arithmetic.
Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and activities that align with the curriculum.
Provide individualized attention and support to students based on their learning needs.
Assess students' progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
Communicate with parents or guardians to discuss students' progress and address any concerns.
Stay updated with advancements in the field of abacus and mental arithmetic education.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in teaching abacus and mental arithmetic is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge and understanding of arithmetic operations, number systems, and problem-solving techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
Strong organizational skills to plan lessons, prepare materials, and track students' progress.
Passion for teaching and helping students develop their mathematical abilities.
