- Create visually compelling marketing designs, custom website assets, and promotional materials for clients using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Design website elements such as header images, layouts, and visual components to enhance WordPress sites for client projects.
- Work with Product Management, Client Services, and Engineering to understand project needs and translate them into impactful designs.
- Design and create engaging assets for marketing campaigns, including banner ads and social media visuals.
- Occasionally contribute to product design, collaborating on the design lifecycle—from ideation and prototyping to testing and refining user interfaces.
- Support and refine the design systems in use for website and marketing design.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design work, aligned with project timelines and within budget.
- Manage projects autonomously, taking ownership of tasks while maintaining accountability for delivering results.
- Offer design feedback and guidance to less experienced team members and collaborate effectively with non-designers to ensure successful project outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are required. Experience with Figma is highly desired.
- Experience in designing for WordPress websites, including header images, layouts, and custom site assets.
- Proven experience creating marketing campaign assets such as banner ads and social media graphics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present design ideas clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results without needing constant supervision.
