We are looking to hire a valuable Assistant Purchase Officer in our Purchase Department in our Head Office in Lahore
Qualification: Bachelors / Masters in Supply chain.
Excellent communication skills & the ability to liaise with external suppliers & parties and can work in a fast-paced working environment
Gender: Male
Experience: 2–3 years of experience (Experience in paint industry or paint chemical field will preferred)
Responsibilities:·
- Paints active and inactive raw material purchase.
- Packing material purchase experience, unit carton, wrappers etc.
- Make comparative and purchase orders as per demand.
- Identify, assess and shortlist suitable vendors for procurement and able to manage different stakeholder internally and externally.
- Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors.
- Build appropriate cycle forecast in coordination with department.
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing and other data.
- Responsible to lead the local procurement planning, budgeting, supplier, selections and negotiations activities.
- Finalize purchase details of orders and delivers.
- Maintain minimum stock level· Any other tasks assigned by line manager.
