We have introduced a Sales and Management Trainee program for 3 months that leads to a management position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Train under an experienced manager to learn sales & management skills to lead a team
Research and analyze market trends and competitor activity
Practice employee management
To generate quality leads that result in sales
Converting leads into potential prospect meeting
Achievement of set KPI’S dead line and targets
Maintain and develop relationships with existing as well as new customers
To ensure that the customer is notified of all the prevailing fundamental factors that may have an impact on product prices
