As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategies to increase revenue. Your primary goal will be to expand our client base and enhance our service offerings within the recruitment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, markets, and trends to drive business growth.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Develop Strategies: Create and implement business development strategies to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify competitive advantages and market trends, presenting findings to the leadership team.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with recruitment consultants and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the agency and establish connections.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Video Content: Be willing to reveal your face for camera shoots as part of our social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • OGS Job Portals: Manage and optimize listings on OGS job portals to maximize visibility and attract top talent.
  • Reporting: Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to enhance service offerings and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and market dynamics.
  • Experience with OGS job portals and similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
