We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled individual to join our team as a Sr.Customer Support Executive in our night shift department. ( 6pm - 3 am )

If you are fluent in English, posses excellent writing, listening, and speaking skills, and have a Bachelor's degree, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ERP technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Assist clients with ERP software implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct software training sessions for clients, both one-on-one and in group settings.
  • Collaborate with the development team to resolve software issues and enhance product functionality.
  • Document client inquiries, issues, and resolutions in the JIRA ticketing system.
  • Stay up-to-date with product features, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Assist in testing software updates and new releases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in ERP software support and implementation.
  • Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong technical background and understanding of ERP software applications with knowledge of basic accounting as well.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
  • Able to work in both night and day shifts when required.
