Organization has a next-generation modern Core Banking Platform. It has been built with a scalable cloud-native micro-services architecture and interfaces seamlessly with other systems and fintech solutions, while providing immediate transaction handling and data analysis for faster decision-making.

Must-have:

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
10+ years of hands-on professional experience.
Experience in any JVM language such as Java, Scala or Kotlin
Experience with Spring Boot and related frameworks
Familiarity with Microservices Architecture and Microservice Design Patterns
Familiarity with Docker and Docker Compose
Experience in working with SQL compliant relational databases such as Postgresql or mySQL
Comfortable with git and git based platforms such as github, gitlab or bitbucket
Experience with messaging and streaming systems such as Pulsar, Kafka and/or rabbitmq
Experience with Kubernetes and/or other container orchestration frameworks
Configuring CI/CD pipelines in GitHub, bitbucket or Jenkins
Experience in writing automated test cases
Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster their professional growth and success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team
Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding top engineering talent, ensuring a diverse and high-performing team.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for skills development and growth for team members.

Good-to-have:

Experience with gRPC and Protobuf
Experience in building financial products
Experience with any public cloud provider (AWS, Azure or GCP)Location ( Lahore on-site)
