The Sales / Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Oaktra’s cement and other related products, focusing on expanding market share in the Taxila, Wah, and Hasan Abdal & Attock regions. This is a commission-based role, where earnings are directly tied to performance and sales achievements. The executive will drive client acquisition, manage relationships, and contribute to the distribution efforts of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize product distribution for Oaktra’s cement and other commodities.
  • Target and engage potential clients in the construction, retail, and industrial sectors.
  • Meet and exceed regional sales targets to drive revenue growth for the company.

Client Relationship Development:

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Present Oaktra’s product offerings and provide support to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients in the Taxila, Wah, and Hasan Abdal regions.

Product Distribution and Marketing:

  • Promote Oaktra’s trading and logistics solutions, focusing on the company’s cement products and other key commodities.
  • Implement local marketing campaigns, including client visits, product demonstrations, and promotional events.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to improve Oaktra’s service offerings and market positioning.

Market Research and Insights:

  • Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities in the region.
  • Adjust sales strategies to stay competitive in the dynamic construction market.

Pricing, Negotiation, and Commission:

  • Negotiate pricing and distribution agreements with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnerships.
  • Commission is based on sales performance and will be negotiated as part of the compensation package.

Sales Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, client data, and reports on sales performance.
  • Provide regular updates to the business owner regarding sales progress, market feedback, and client needs.

Delivery Coordination:

  • Work with Oaktra’s logistics team to ensure timely product delivery and resolve any logistical issues.
  • Communicate with clients regarding delivery schedules and manage expectations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience:
  • 2-4 years of sales and marketing experience, particularly in the cement and other construction products/solutions- marketing, sales & distribution, or commodities sector.
  • Preferably, a local resident from the respective area/region & Familiarity with the Taxila, Wah, Hasan Abdal & Attock regions is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of market dynamics in the construction and logistics industry.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office) for reporting and CRM.
  • Must own a motorbike for the field work.
  • Language: Fluency in Urdu and basic English (Pashto or Punjabi is a plus).

Compensation:

  • This is a commission-based position, with no fixed salary.
  • Commission rates will be negotiated based on the product category and sales volume.
  • Higher commissions for exceptional sales performance and target achievement.

Work Conditions:

  • These are field-based positions requiring travel across the Taxila/Wah, Hasan Abdal & Attock regions to meet clients and close sales.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and have access to personal transportation/motorbike.
  • Flexible working hours, driven by sales goals and client interactions.
