Assistant Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Assistant Finance (Female) . You will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions, including financial recording, cash management, accounts payable/receivable, and tax compliance. The ideal candidate must be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in daily bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
Help with data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
Support the preparation of invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and follow up on payments.
Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports and summaries for internal use.
Provide support for monthly and quarterly financial close processes.
Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents.
Assist in tracking expenses and budgeting for relevant departments.
Support in handling routine tax documentation and compliance processes.
Assist in responding to queries related to finance from internal departments.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
Good understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
Solid understanding of computer operations and financial systems.
