KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Google, and Instagram.
Develop and implement strategies for lead generation campaigns in the home service business niche.
Conduct research and analyze data to make informed decisions about media placements, targeting, and budget allocation.
Negotiate rates and manage relationships with media vendors.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams, including copywriters and designers, to develop effective ad creative.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve campaign performance.

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of experience in media buying, with a focus on lead generation ads.
Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns.
Experience working in the home service business niche.
In-depth knowledge of various ad platforms, including Facebook, Google, and Instagram.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with media vendors and internal teams.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
Ability to work US hours
