We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Full Stack E-Commerce Expert to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily focus on managing and scaling our presence across Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify platforms. As a key player in our e-commerce operations, you will play an essential role in driving sales, optimizing product listings, improving user experience, and ensuring seamless integrations across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Strategy & Management:

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end process of our e-commerce stores on Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize product listings, sales funnels, and customer acquisition across all platforms.
  • Monitor product performance and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates, traffic, and sales.
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to stay ahead of trends and adjust strategies as necessary.

Platform-Specific Expertise:

Amazon:

  • Manage Amazon Seller Central account, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s policies and optimizing listings for better visibility (e.g., A+ content, sponsored ads, etc.).
  • Implement Amazon SEO best practices and keyword optimization to increase organic rankings and sales.
  • Utilize Amazon FBA and other fulfillment solutions to manage product logistics and inventory.

Etsy:

  • Oversee the Etsy shop, ensuring product listings are optimized for search and discoverability.
  • Leverage Etsy's advertising tools and promotions to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Implement best practices for customer service, responding to inquiries and managing reviews and feedback.

Shopify:

  • Manage the Shopify store, ensuring that the website is optimized for performance, user experience, and conversion.
  • Implement custom solutions, themes, and apps to enhance the functionality of the Shopify store.
  • Integrate payment gateways, inventory management systems, and third-party apps to streamline processes.

Full Stack Development & Technical Integration:

  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure that technical requirements for e-commerce platforms are met (API integrations, automated workflows, etc.).
  • Integrate tools for email marketing, analytics, and customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Troubleshoot any technical issues on Amazon, Etsy, or Shopify, working to resolve them efficiently.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Use data-driven insights to adjust marketing and sales strategies across all platforms.
  • Regularly report on performance, providing recommendations for growth and optimization.

Customer Experience & Brand Management:

  • Ensure a consistent and seamless experience for customers across all e-commerce platforms.
  • Implement strategies to build customer loyalty, such as loyalty programs or promotions.
  • Optimize product pages for UX/UI, ensuring fast load times, mobile responsiveness, and easy navigation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing e-commerce operations on Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify (minimum 3 years).
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Etsy Seller Tools, and Shopify Admin.
  • Expertise in SEO, product listing optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) across e-commerce platforms.
  • Proficient in integrating third-party tools (analytics, CRM, marketing automation).
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce development, including theme customization and technical integrations (APIs, apps).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central reports, or similar reporting tools.
  • Proficient in managing digital advertising (PPC, sponsored ads) on Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service best practices across e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus for front-end and back-end adjustments on Shopify.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Amazon FBA, Etsy Ads, Shopify Plus, and custom Shopify app integrations.
  • Experience with email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) and automated workflows.
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles for e-commerce websites and product pages.
  • Knowledge of multi-channel selling strategies and integrations.
  • Experience in graphic design or using design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) for product images and listings is a plus.
