We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse RecruitPo to join our team. The Nurse RecruitPo will be responsible for recruiting and hiring qualified nurses to meet the staffing needs of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified nursing candidates
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the organization and attract top talent

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
Proven experience in nursing recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and best practices in recruitment
