HR Executive

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Karachi. This is a full-time, on-site role that will be instrumental in managing recruitment processes, enhancing HR operations, and fostering employee relations. The HR Executive will play a vital role in driving HR initiatives that align with our organizational goals and nurture a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the recruitment process for top management roles, ensuring the onboarding of exceptional leadership talent.
Collaborate with staff-level employees to understand their needs and maintain a cohesive and inclusive organizational culture.
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies in compliance with industry best practices.
Foster strong employee relations, address grievances and promote a collaborative work environment.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining employee records and contracts.
Work closely with leadership to identify and address workforce needs, driving strategic HR planning.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in recruitment, especially for top management roles, and experience collaborating with staff-level employees.
Strong skills in HR management, operations, and policy development.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workforce engagement.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are highly desirable.
Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience, preferably in a mid-to-large-scale organization.
