We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our prestigious hotel located in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food services.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local laws and safety regulations.
Foster a positive work environment and culture that supports the hotel’s mission and values.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Recruit, train, and mentor hotel staff, ensuring professional development and high performance.
Prepare regular reports on the hotel’s operational status and progress.
Implement and maintain quality control standards to uphold the hotel’s reputation.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role.
Established network of contacts in the local and regional travel and tourism industry to drive business and partnerships.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of local hospitality industry and market trends is an advantage.
Fluent in English and Urdu. Fluency in any other language is an advantage.
