We are looking for a seasoned CFO to oversee all financial and other strategical aspects of our organization, including financial planning, taxation cashflow management, costing, budgeting, forecasting, reporting etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and compliance
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions and other stake holders
- Provide strategic guidance on mergers, acquisitions etc.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
- Manage Company level taxation and corporate affairs
