Our company, located in Bahria Town, Islamabad, is providing services to companies based in the USA. They deal in computers and forward customers' queries to our company which we resolve instantly. We have highly trained professionals working currently but we are expanding our services and for that, we need more candidates.
Skills required for this Job: -
- Those who are applying should have Fluent English.
- The candidate should have good communication skills in order to calm the furious customers and resolve their issues. The issues are mostly troubleshooting the issues with computers that a customer has purchased.
- The candidate should have basic knowledge of Computers ( Software and Hardware).
