We are seeking a skilled and experienced 3D modeling designer specializing in architectural visualization (Archviz) to join our team. As a 3D modeling designer, you will play a crucial role in creating realistic and visually stunning architectural renderings and animations. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of professional experience in 3D modeling and be well-versed in Archviz techniques and industry-standard software.

Collaborate with the team and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
Create high-quality 3D models of architectural designs, interior spaces, and objects using industry-standard software (such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar).
Develop and refine 3D models by applying textures, materials, lighting, and other visual elements to achieve realistic and visually appealing results.
Produce photorealistic renderings and animations of architectural designs for various purposes, including presentations, marketing materials, and client approvals.
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of 3D modeling, including proportions, scale, and design specifications.
Optimize 3D models and assets for efficient rendering and real-time visualization, considering performance constraints and technical limitations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Archviz techniques, tools, and software and apply them to enhance the quality and efficiency of the design process.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas, offer suggestions, and provide input on design concepts.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in architecture, design, computer graphics, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in 3D modeling, preferably in Archviz or architectural design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in 3D modeling and Archviz techniques, showcasing photorealistic renderings and animations.
Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling and rendering software, such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or similar
Excellent understanding of lighting, texturing, materials, and rendering techniques to achieve realistic and visually appealing results.
Solid knowledge of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling principles
Familiarity with architectural design concepts, terminology, and construction techniques
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in modeling and rendering.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients
