We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of our new software. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between our company and the contracted software development firm, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and according to our specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, document, and manage all phases of the CRM project lifecycle, including scope management, requirements management, mockup and flowcharts, work breakdown structure, timeline management, and responsibilities.
  • Meetings with the internal operational, marketing and business development team to understand the requirements
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, estimates, and budget plans.
  • Conduct and facilitate effective project meetings, including issue tracking, status reporting, and executive communications.
  • Lead the project team in development efforts, providing both functional and technical system-specific knowledge throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, issue lists, and risk management plans.
  • Communicate project status clearly and effectively to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify, escalate, and manage project risks and issues promptly, implementing crisis management strategies as needed.
  • Advocate for the business, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality and timely product delivery.
  • Promote and implement change, process improvements, and best practices for both business and technical teams.
  • Facilitate implementation kick-off meetings and ensure smooth transitions with the external software development firm.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in project management, preferably with CRM or software development projects.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate business processes and recommend effective solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the project development life cycle and the ability to prioritize multiple complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate issue identification and resolution between clients and development teams.
  • Ability to lead and supervise others, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • PMP or similar project management certification.
