We are seeking a Team Lead - Operations with a strong IT background, especially in networking, infrastructure and Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and leading an operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day functionality, performance optimization, and the efficient handling of our IT services. You will be a key player in aligning our operational processes with client needs, improving workflow efficiencies, and fostering collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage an operations team, fostering growth and productivity.
  • Operations Oversight: Ensure smooth operation of IT systems, networks, infrastructure and services, identifying and resolving operational issues promptly.
  • Project Management: Oversee and execute key projects related to network and infrastructure operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and optimize operational workflows to improve team efficiency and system performance.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the development, support, and client service teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless delivery.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and analyze system performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on operational and technical issues.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud services, and IT operations.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
  • Experience with network security, system administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).

Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing teams and delivering successful projects.

Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
