We are committed to delivering top-notch services to our clients and are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Officer to enhance our online presence and drive our marketing efforts.

The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote Network Squad Ltd and its services.
This role will be crucial in enhancing brand awareness, driving traffic to our digital platforms, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on the latest industry trends.

Content Creation and Management:

Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various digital platforms (website, social media, email marketing, etc.).
Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual content.

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
Develop social media campaigns, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages.

Email Marketing:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with customers.
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
Prepare regular reports on key metrics, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI).

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing or a related role.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the IT and network solutions industry.
Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
