Network Squad Ltd, a prominent IT Support and Solutions company, are in search of a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team. Operating in a hybrid capacity, you will be responsible for fostering client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and promoting our IT infrastructure and support solutions. This role offers a unique blend of remote and in-office work, providing flexibility and collaboration opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients in the IT support and solutions sector.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, potential client needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored IT solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop comprehensive solutions that meet client requirements.
- Regularly follow up on leads and opportunities, ensuring they are pursued and converted into successful business engagements.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and meetings to represent Network Squad Ltd and to build a strong professional network.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Provide feedback and insights from clients to the technical and management teams to help improve service offerings.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience and the successful delivery of services.
- Track and report on business development activities and outcomes to management.
Requirements:
- Proven 5 years' experience in business development, preferably in the IT support and solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services and products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and client needs.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in a business development role within the IT sector.
