Trainer AI / ML

Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts, emphasizing practical applications.
Conduct both theoretical and practical lessons that enable learners to grasp the fundamental and advanced topics in AI/ML.
Lead interactive workshops, case studies, and project-based learning activities to promote critical thinking and real-world problem-solving skills.
Collaborate with the NETSOL team to refine course content, ensuring alignment with current trends and emerging technologies in the AI/ML sector.
Update and enhance course materials regularly to incorporate the latest tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in the industry.
Guide students in developing AI/ML projects, assisting them in creating portfolios that effectively showcase their skills and understanding.
Provide constructive feedback and mentorship, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
Share real-world insights and experiences from the industry to enrich the educational experience and discuss potential ethical considerations in AI/ML development.
Organize and facilitate guest speaker sessions with industry leaders to expose students to best practices and emerging trends.
Develop and implement assessments, quizzes, and projects to effectively evaluate students' progress and understanding of AI/ML concepts.
Provide timely feedback on assessments and suggest areas for improvement to enhance learner performance.
Monitor and track the performance of learners, adapting teaching strategies based on class dynamics and individual needs.
Maintain proficiency in current technologies by engaging in continuous learning and development related to AI/ML frameworks.
