You will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and organizing their travel arrangements. This includes recommending destinations, booking accommodations, arranging transportation, and providing valuable information to ensure an exceptional travel experience.

Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
Destination Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends, visa regulations, and destination information to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
Itinerary Planning: Design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable trip.
Booking Arrangements: Coordinate and book flights, accommodations, transportation, and any other necessary travel services.
Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, offering solutions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Assist clients with visa applications, travel insurance, and other necessary documentation.
Sales and Promotion: Promote travel packages, special deals, and additional services to enhance the overall travel experience for clients.
Post-Trip Follow-Up: Gather feedback from clients upon their return and use it to improve services and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role within the travel industry.
Strong knowledge of travel destinations, cultures, and travel-related services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
