We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our HR team and help us grow our IT and Engineering departments. You will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best technical talent to meet Nessovo’s strategic objectives and technological innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods, including networking, online databases, social media, and employee referrals, ensuring a rich pipeline of qualified candidates.
Screening and Selection: Conduct initial screening interviews, assess technical skills and cultural fit, and coordinate technical interviews with department leads.
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and refine recruiting strategies tailored to the specific needs of the IT and Engineering departments. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and technical requirements. Provide regular updates and feedback to ensure alignment.
Brand Ambassador: Represent Nessovo at industry conferences, seminars, and job fairs to promote our brand and attract potential candidates.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.

Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certification in technical recruiting is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the IT and/or engineering sectors.

Skills:

Excellent understanding of technology and technical roles.
Strong interviewing skills, with the ability to screen for both technical capabilities and team fit.
Proficient in using recruiting software and candidate management systems.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Personal Attributes: Must be a proactive and dynamic recruiter with a keen eye for talent and a deep understanding of technical skills.
