We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) teacher who is enthusiastic about imparting a robust education to students in the 9th and 10th grades. The ideal candidate will also have a deep understanding of Islamic studies, integrating ethical and religious perspectives into the STEM curriculum to foster a well-rounded educational experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging STEM lessons that comply with national curriculum standards.
- Incorporate Islamic principles and perspectives into teaching methodologies and curriculum development.
- Prepare educational material such as notes, quizzes, and assignments tailored to individual student needs.
- Assess students’ progress through regular tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.
- Provide additional support to students preparing for national examinations or needing extra help.
- Organize and implement educational activities that promote both scientific thinking and ethical understanding.
- Maintain records of students’ progress and provide regular updates to parents or guardians.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM-related field.
- Additional certification or profound knowledge in Islamic studies.
- Proven experience in teaching STEM subjects to secondary school students.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Urdu.
- Ability to create an interactive and inclusive learning environment.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development in both STEM and Islamic education.
Desirable:
- Experience in personalized and adaptive teaching methods.
- Familiarity with digital educational tools and platforms.
