Administrator - Hospital

We are seeking a skilled Hospital Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our private hospital. The Administrator will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing financial performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare management, excellent communication skills, and a track record of successful leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including managing staff, scheduling, and coordinating activities across departments.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including maintaining proper licensing and certification.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and patient care.
Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue cycle management.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Foster a positive work environment and provide support to staff as needed.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advances in healthcare technology.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient data, financial reports, and staff files.
Represent the hospital in the community and build relationships with key stakeholders.
