Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Ensure the security of hospital data and IT systems.
Collaborate with hospital staff to troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems.
Monitor and maintain systems for optimal performance and reliability.
Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and technologies.
Document IT procedures and maintain accurate records of system configurations and updates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, infrastructure management, and network troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Windows, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority, and Anti-virus solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective documentation and collaboration.
Microsoft certifications are preferred.
