Operating and maintaining the Production/Inventory Module of ERP:

  • Daily Posting, updating, recording, and keeping all the financial and accounting record in ERP and hard form.

Managing basic office administrative tasks including:

  • Filing, reporting, and sharing documents/report with head office.
  • Recording and processing all financial and accounting practices, including profit and loss reports, inventories, and daily bookkeeping.

Working closely with the accounting, production, or finance department to:

  • Manage records.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  • Reconcile finished goods and raw material inventories.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Examining expenses submitted by employees.
  • Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable.
  • Any other task in the functional domain as assigned by the Plant Manager.
