Nationwide Insurance Broker, licensed in Pakistan, is looking to expand its operations in Lahore.

We intend to hire experienced Insurance Sales Agents looking for a career.

Objectives of this role

Develop and execute marketing strategies for new insurance contracts, including automotive, casualty, marine, business, agriculture, health, life, and property
Customize policies to cover client risks
Cultivate prospective new business through marketing, emails, referrals, and networking

Responsibilities

Generate sales leads and close
Proactively contact leads and schedule appointments to recommend appropriate policies, quotes, and coverages
Through fact find of client needs by researching current coverage and options, and grow and maintain business through product sales, cross-sales, referrals, your own circle of influence, and renewals
Meet or speak with clients , providing information about policies and answering questions related to coverage and premiums
Educate customers on each type of insurance coverage and make recommendations based on their needs
Evaluate current insurance policies and recommend additional coverage when needed
Maintain all insurance documents in a confidential manner
Expand professional skill set through workshops, networking events, and professional organizations

Required skills and qualifications

2-3 years of experience
Knowledge of various insurance coverages (ex: automobile, life, health, property, marine, agricultural, travel, business)
Candidate must have a proven track record of sales.
Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills
Passion for helping people
